Synthetic resin adhesive is used to bond aggregates to surfaces, the finished product gives the appearance of natural loose aggregate but without the attendant problems of gradual displacement and spread of particles into adjoining areas, rutting from traffic, and accumulation of partially buried and trapped rubbish.
